great interview thanks

cool stuff. I've only barely touched the surface of his crowded house material, what i've heard has been great. I should definitely try approaching songwriting in the same manner, beginning with a rhythm section. I have definitely found it helpful in the past to write songs with just a a bass line and vocal. It sounds like using drum loops helps Neil too. Now where are those drum add ons that i downloaded for garageband?

Really brilliant interview. Super interesting!

Thank you so much for posting this - Neil Finn has long been a hero of mine.

Thanks for one of the better Neil Finn interviews I've read!
